for the area around Lincoln and Collins, I park here often as well.  largest and cheapest garage.  so usually I might check out 21st and Collins outdoor lot for metered parking first (free after midnight but usually full by 11 PM).  then I go over to 17th st. garage.  if you're going someplace near Ocean, I try the 7th and washington garage, esp. if you're gonna be awhile (flat rates).  It also…
