The Green Mill is wonderful, but I don't think they serve food.  Andy's does serve food, I've heard it can be a bit pricey.  I've only been there for lunch, which was really nice.

I would also like to suggest Katerina's.  They don't have jazz every night, so you would want to check first.  The place is really nice.  You can find their menu on here.
