Try Becky Shavar

Very thorough, very straighforward. She has an office in the Mission. I had very complicated taxes and she worked everything out.

I've used these guys, and got a couple of unexpected giant refund checks. They are particularly good for creative types, and they also have a Tax attorney on staff for the thornier problems
