Need good location for a late anniversary dinner in San Jose

Ok, so Wednesday is our 5th anniversary, so we'd like to go out for a nice dinner.  Problem is, it seems most restaurants close at 9, and my boyfriend's in class until then.

So I'm looking for a restaurant in the area that's open at least until 10.  Doesn't have to be super fancy since we don't have much money, but something more upscale than Fresh Choice would be nice.  The only thing I can think of that's open late is Udupi Palace and Sneha.

Any suggestions?  We want this to be a nice anniversary, not like our 2nd which was absolutely ruined because of the crappy upscale restaurant we went to.

I can suggest Hawg's Seafood and they are open from 11:30 through dinner.  You can call to try to make a reservation for 9 o clock.  Goodluck!

I can't believe I forgot to mention I'm vegetarian.  Lol.  Oh well, it's a bit late anyway, but thanks, I'll keep that in mind for the future :)
