Ok so my 2 year old needs surgery for a "communicating hydrocele".  We've been to Dr. Ian Neilson at Swedish Pediatric Specialty Care and he seemed fine but I've love a second opinion.  Any suggestions?  I'm also interested in any opinions on Dr. Neilson.  Thanks.
